| 운항증명 승인서 Validation Letter of Air Operator Certificate This validation letter is issued on the basis of the Air Operator Certificate number ____ issued by the [State of Operator], and remains valid from the date of issue by the Republic of Korea. Unless otherwise stated in the attached operation conditions and limitations, the approvals and restrictions of the Air Operator Certificate and its associated Operations Specifications remain valid within the Republic of Korea, in so far as they are not repugnant to the Civil Aviation Act and Regulations of the Republic of Korea. This approval may be cancelled, suspended or revoked by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport at any time if the conditions of the issue are not met by the foreign air operator or if the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport determines that such action is required in the interests of aviation safety.
