| 13a. 위의 품목은 아래의 사항에 적합하게 제작되었음 (Certifies the items identified above were manufactured in conformity to:) □ 인가된 설계자료에 일치하며 안전한 작동상태에 있음(Approved design data and are in a condition for safe operation) □ 제12호란에 명시한 인가되지 않은 설계자료에 따름(Non-approved design data specified in Block 12) | 14a. □ 항공안전법 제32조에 따른 정비확인(Aviation Safety Act Article 32 Return to Service) □ 제12호란에 명시한 다른 법규에 따른 정비확인(Other Regulation specified in Block 12) 제11호란 및 제12호란(필요한 경우 따로 작성하여 첨부합니다)에 기술된 작업은 「항공안전법」 제32조에 따라 수행되었으며, 해당 품목을 항공기ㆍ발동기ㆍ프로펠러, 장비품 또는 부품에 사용하는 것을 승인함. 다만, 제12호란에 명시한 다른 법규가 있는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다. | User / Installer Responsibilities | |||||||||
| 이 인증서는 부품ㆍ구성품 또는 조립품의 장착을 자동으로 승인하는 것은 아니므로 사용자ㆍ장착자는 감항당국의 법규에 따라 적합 여부를 판단한 후 사용해야 합니다. It is important to understand that the existence of this document alone does not automatically constitute authority to install the part/component/assembly. Where the user/installer performs work in accordance with the national regulations of an airworthiness authority different that the airworthiness authority of the country specified in Block 1, it is essential that the user/installer ensures that his/her airworthiness authority accepts parts/components/assemblies from the airworthiness authority of the country specified in Block 1. Statements in Blocks 13a and 14a do not constitute installations certification. In all cases, aircraft maintenance records must contain an installation certification issued in accordance with the national regulations by the user/installer before the aircraft may be flown. | |||||||||
