| 이 사람은 「항공안전법」 제132조에 따라 사무소, 사업장, 항공시설, 비행장 또는 항공기 등(해당 감독업무 지역에 한한다)에 제한 없이 출입하여 항공기, 항공시설, 장부, 서류, 그 밖의 물건을 검사하거나 관계인에게 질문할 수 있고, 또한 같은 법 제90조에 따라 항공기의 운항 또는 항공종사자의 업무를 일시 정지하게 할 수 있는 권한을 가진 항공안전감독관임을 증명합니다. This is to certify that this person is delegated to exercise the power under the Article 132 of Aviation Safety Act to unrestricted and unlimited access to offices, workplace, aeronautical facilities, aerodrome, aircraft, etc.(Limited to the supervision area.), to perform inspections of aircraft, aeronautical facilities, documents, records, data, etc., and to ask questions to concerned personnel, and is also delegated to exercise the power under the Article 90 of Aviation Safety Act to detain aircraft and to prohibit any person from exercising the privileges of any aviation licence, certificate or document for just cause. | ||||||
