| 화 물 선 안 전 무 선 증 서 CARGO SHIP SAFETY RADIO CERTIFICATE 대 한 민 국 REPUBLIC OF KOREA 이 증서에는 화물선 안전무선설비기록부(양식 R)를 추가로 작성하여 첨부해야 합니다. This certificate shall be supplemented by a Record of Equipment for Cargo Ship Safety Radio(Form R). 「1974년 해상에서의 인명안전을 위한 국제협약」 및 같은 협약에 관한 1988년 의정서에 따라 대한민국 정부의 권한으로 발행합니다. Issued under the provisions of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as modified by the Protocol of 1988 relating thereto under the authority of the Government of Republic of Korea by . 용골 거치일 또는 이와 동등한 건조단계일, 또는 해당되는 경우 주요 특성의 개조나 변경 또는 수정작업의 시작일: Date on which keel was laid or ship was at a similar stage of construction or, where applicable, date on which work for a conversion or an alteration or modification of a major character was co㎜enced: 이 증서는 다음 사항을 증명합니다: THIS IS TO CERTIFY: 1. 이 선박은 협약의 제Ⅰ장 제9규칙의 요건에 따라서 검사되었음 That the ship has been surveyed in accordance with the requirements of regulation I/9 of the Convention. 2. 검사결과는 다음과 같음: That the survey showed that: 2.1 이 선박은 무선설비에 관하여 협약의 요건에 적합함; The ship complied with the requirements of the Convention as regards radio installations; 2.2 구명설비용 무선설비의 공급 및 기능이 협약의 요건에 적합함; The provision and functioning of the radio installations used in life-saving appliances complied with the requirements of the Convention; 3. 면제증서가 발행되었음*/발행되지 않았음* That an Exemption Certificate has*/has not* been issued. 이 증서는 협약의 제Ⅰ장 제9규칙에 따라 정기적 검사를 받는 조건으로 년 월 일까지 유효합니다.
