이 증서는 다음 사항을 증명합니다:
THIS IS TO CERTIFY:

.1 이 선박의 구조 및 설비는 「1974년 해상에서의 인명안전을 위한 국제협약」 제2-2장 제19규칙의 요건에 적합하며, 그리고
that the construction and equipment of the above mentioned ship was found to comply with the provisions of regulation Ⅱ-2/19 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as amended; and

.2 이 선박은 각각의 물질에 대하여 「국제해상위험물규칙」(IMDG Code)과 「산적고체화물의 운송을 위한 안전실무규칙」(BC Code)의 규정을 따를 것을 조건으로, 이 증서에 첨부된 부록에 명시된 것처럼 분류된 위험물의 운송에 적합함
that the ship is suitable for the carriage of those classes of dangerous goods as specified in the appendix hereto, subject to any provisions in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods(IMDG) Code and the Code of Safe Practice for Solid Bulk Cargoes (BC Code) for individual substances also being complied with.

(주) 제6.2급 및 제7급의 위험물 운송 시 및 국제해상위험물규칙 제3.4장에 따른 소량의 위험물 운송 시에는 이 협약의 제2-2장 제19규칙의 특별요건을 적용하지 아니한다.
Note: There are no special requirement in the above mentioned regulation Ⅱ-2/19 for the carriage of dangerous good of classes 6.2 and 7, and for the carriage of dangerous goods in limited quantities, as required in chapter 3.4 of the IMDG Code.
