| 이 증서에는 화물선 안전설비기록부(양식 C)를 추가로 작성하여 첨부해야 합니다. This certificate shall be supplemented by a Record of Equipment for Cargo Ship Safety (Form C). 「1974년 해상에서의 인명안전을 위한 국제협약」에 따라 대한민국 정부의 권한으로 발행합니다. All applicable dates shall be completed. 이 증서는 다음 사항을 증명합니다. THIS IS TO CERTIFY: 1. 이 선박은 협약의 제8장 제9규칙의 요건에 따라 검사되었음. That the ship has been surveyed in accordance with the requirements of regulation VIII/9 of the Convention. 유조선, 케미컬 탱커 및 가스캐리어의 경우만 기재할 것 For oil tankers, chemical tankers and gas carriers only. IMO에서 Res.A1117(30)으로 채택된 IMO 선박식별번호계획에 따를 것 In accordance with IMO ship identification number scheme adopted by the Organization by resolution A.1117(30). *** A3 해역에서 운항할 수 있도록 인증된 선박의 경우, 인정된 이동식 위성서비스를 괄호 안에 표시할 것 For a ship certified to operate in sea area A3, indicate the recognized mobile satellite service in brackets. * 해당하지 않는 것은 지울 것 Delete as appropriate.

| 2. 이 원자력선박은 협약 제8장의 모든 요건을 갖추었고, 해당 선박의 안전도평가 결과와 일치함 That the ship, being a nuclear ship, complied with all the requirements of chapter VIII of the Convention and conformed to the Safety Assessment approved for the ship; and that: 2.1 협약의 제1장 제10규칙에 규정된 구조, 기관 및 설비의 상태를 충족하고, 협약의 제Ⅱ-1장 및 제Ⅱ-2장의 관련 요건에 적합함(화재안전장치와 설비 및 화재제어도에 관한 사항은 제외한다); the condition of the structure, machinery and equipment as defined in the regulation I/10 was satisfactory and the ship complied with the relevant requirements of chapter Ⅱ-1 and chapter Ⅱ-2 of the Convention(other than those relating to fire safety systems and appliances and fire-control plans.); 2.2 화재안전장치와 설비 및 화재제어도에 관하여 협약의 요건에 적합함; the ship complied with the requirements of the Convention as regards fire safety systems and appliances and fire-control plans; 2.3 구명설비와 구명정, 구명뗏목, 구조정의 의장품이 협약의 요건에 따라 비치되어 있음; the life-saving appliances and the equipment of the lifeboats, liferafts and rescue boats were provided in accordance with the requirements of the Convention; 2.4 구명줄발사기를 협약의 요건에 따라 비치하고 있음; the ship was provided with a line-throwing appliance in accordance with the requirements of the Convention; 2.5 무선설비가 협약의 요건에 적합함; the ship complied with the requirements of the Convention as regards radio installations; 2.6 구명설비용 무선설비의 공급과 기능이 협약의 요건에 적합함; the provision and functioning of the radio installations used in life-saving appliances complied with the requirements of the Convention; 2.7 선박용 항해설비, 도선사용 승선장치 및 해사 간행물에 관하여 협약의 요건에 적합함; the ship complied with requirements of the Convention as regards shipborne navigational equipment, means of embarkation for pilots and nautical publications; 2.8 이 협약 및 현행 「국제해상충돌예방규칙」의 요건에 따라 음향신호와 조난신호의 수단, 등화 및 형상물을 비치하고 있음; the ship was provided with lights, shapes, means of making sound signals and distress signals in accordance with the requirements of the Convention and the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea in force; 2.9 그 밖의 모든 점에서 이 선박은 협약의 관련 요건에 적합함; in all other respects, the ship complied with the relevant requirements of the Convention; 2.10 이 선박은 협약의 제Ⅱ-1장 제55규칙* / 제Ⅱ-2장 제17규칙* / 제Ⅲ장 제38규칙*에 따라 대체 설계 및 배치가 적용되었음*/적용되지 않았음*; the ship was*/was not* subjected to an alternative design and arrangements in pursuance of regulation(s) Ⅱ-1/55* / Ⅱ-2/17* / Ⅲ/38* of the Convention; 2.11 기관 및 전기설비*/방화*/구명*설비에 관한 대체설계 및 배치승인에 관한 서류가 이 증서에 첨부되었음*/첨부되지 않았음* a Documents of approval of alternative design and arrangements for machinery and electrical installations*/fire protection*/life-saving appliances and arrangements* is*/is not* appended to this Certificate. * 해당하지 않는 것은 지울 것 Delete as appropriate. | ||

| 화물선안전증서에 대한 설비기록부(양식 C) RECORD OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE CARGO SHIP SAFETY CERTIFICATE(FORM C) 이 기록부는 화물선안전증서에 영구적으로 첨부해야 합니다. This Record shall be permanently attached to the Cargo Ship Safety Equipment Certificate. 1974년 「해상에서의 인명안전을 위한 국제협약」 및 개정서에 따른 설비의 기록부 RECORD OF EQUIPMENT FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION FOR THE SAFETY OF LIFE AT SEA, 1974, as amended 1. 선박의 세부사항 PARTICULARS OF SHIP 선명 Name of ship 선박번호 Distinctive number or letters 무선설비 조작에 필요한 자격을 갖춘 최소인원 Minimum number of persons with required qualifications to operate the radio installations 2. 구명설비의 상세 DETAILS OF LIFE-SAVING APPLIANCES * 자체복원식 부분폐형구명정을 설치한 선박의 경우 1986년 7월 1일부터 1998년 7월 1일까지 사이에 건조된 선박에 적용되는 협약 1983 개정안(MSC.6(48))을 참고할 것 Refer to the 1983 amendments to SOLAS (MSC.6(48)), applicable to ships constructed on or after 1 July 1986, but before 1 July 1998 in the case of self-righting partially enclosed lifeboat(s) on board.
