This Certificate shall be supplemented by a Record of Equipment(Form SPS). 이 증서는 결의서 MSC.266(84)에 의해 채택된 2008 특수목적선안전코드에 따라 대한민국 정부의 권한으로 발행되었습니다. Issued in compliance with provisions of the CODE OF SAFETY FOR SPECIAL PURPOSE SHIPS, 2008, as adopted by resolution MSC.266(84) under the authority of the Government of Republic of Korea by .

That the ship has been surveyed in accordance with the requirement of regulation 1.6 of the Code. 2. 이 선박의 검사결과는 다음과 같음: That the survey showed that: 2.1 이 선박은 아래와 같이 코드의 규정에 적합함; the ship complied with the provisions of the Code as regards; .1 구조, 주기관 및 보조기관, 보일러 및 기타 압력용기들; the structure, main and auxiliary machinery, boilers and other pressure vessels; .2 수밀수직구역의 배치 및 상세; the watertight subdivision arrangements and details; 2.2 이 선박은 방화구조, 화재안전 장치 및 설비, 화재제어도에 관한 코드의 규정에 적합함; the ship complied with the provisions of the Code as regards structural fire protection, fire safety system and appliances and fire control plans; * 총회 결의서 A.1117(30)에 의해 기구가 채택한 IMO 선박식별번호 체계에 따름 In accordance with IMO ship identification number scheme adopted by the Organization by resolution A1117(30). ** A3 해역 내에서 종사하는 선박의 경우, 인정된 이동식 위성 서비스를 괄호 안에 표시한다. For a ship certified to operate in sea area A3, indicate the recognized mobile satellite service in brackets.

2.3 구명설비와 구명정, 구명뗏목, 구조정의 의장품이 코드의 규정에 따라 비치되어 있음;
the life-saving appliance and the equipment of the lifeboats, liferafts and rescue boats were provided in accordance with the provisions of the Code;

2.4 구명줄 발사기가 코드의 규정에 따라 비치되어 있음;
the ship was provided with a line-throwing appliance in accordance with the provisions of the Code;

2.5 이 선박은 무선설비에 관한 코드의 규정에 적합함;
the ship complied with the provisions of the Code as regards radio installations;

2.6 구명설비용 무선설비의 공급과 기능이 코드의 규정에 적합함;
the provision and the functioning of the radio installations used in life-saving appliance complied with the provisions of the Code.

2.7 선박용 항해설비, 도선사용 승하선장치 및 해사 간행물에 관한 코드의 규정에 적합함;
the ship complied with the provisions of the Code as regards shipborne navigational equipment, means of embarkation for pilots and nautical publications;

2.8 이 코드 및 현행 국제해상충돌예방규칙의 규정에 따라 음향신호와 조난신호의 수단, 등화 및 형상물이 비치되어 있음;
the ship was provided with lights, shapes, means of making sound signals and distress signals, in accordance with the provisions of the Code and the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea in Force;

2.9 그 밖의 모든 점에서 이 선박은 코드의 관련 규정에 적합함.
in all other respects the ship complied with the relevant provisions of the Code.

3. 면제증서가 발행되었음/ 발행되지 않았음.*
