| 이 증서에는 화물선 안전설비기록부(양식 C)를 추가로 작성하여 첨부해야 합니다. This certificate shall be supplemented by a Record of Equipment for Cargo Ship Safety (Form C). 1974년「해상에서의 인명안전을 위한 국제협약」 및 같은 협약에 관한 1988년 의정서에 따라 대한민국 정부의 권한으로 발행합니다.
