This Certificate shall be supplemented by a Record of Equipment for the Industrial Personnel Safety Certificate(Form IP). 이 증서는 「1974년 해상에서의 인명안전을 위한 국제협약」에 따라 대한민국 정부의 권한으로 발행합니다. Issued under the provisions of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as amended under the authority of the Government of Republic of Korea by .

.2 인력의 이동을 위한 장비 및 설비가 설치되어 있다면, 이들의 상태는 모든 점에서 적합하고 이 선박은 코드 제3장 제2규칙을 준수하고 있음
.2 if fitted, the personnel transfer appliances and arrangement and the condition thereof are in all respects satisfactory and comply with the provisions of regulation III/2 of the Code.

이 선박은 협약 제15장 제3.2규칙 또는 제3.3규칙을 적용받는 선박으로서 IP Code 제1장 제3규칙에 따라 검사되었음
That the ship has been surveyed in accordance with the provisions of section I/3 of the International Code of Safety for Ships Carrying Industrial Personnel as a ship to which regulation XV/3.2 or XV/3.3 of the Convention apply.

2.1 이 선박의 검사결과는 다음과 같음

.1 구명설비, 구명정, 구명뗏목 및 구조정의 의장품을 이 코드 제4장 제7규칙 또는 제5장 제7규칙의 해당 요건에 따라 비치하고 있음
.1 the life-saving appliances and the equipment of the lifeboats, liferafts and rescue boats were provided in accordance with regulation Ⅳ/7 or Ⅴ/7 of the Code, as applicable;

.2 코드 제4장 제8규칙 또는 제5장 제8규칙의 해당 요건에 따를 것을 조건으로, 위험물을 운송하는 것을 승인함
.2 the ship, if permitted to carry dangerous goods, complies with the relevant provisions of regulation Ⅳ/8 or Ⅴ/8 of the Code, as applicable; and

.3 인력의 이동을 위한 장비 및 설비가 설치되어 있다면, 이들의 상태는 모든 점에서 적합하고 이 선박은 코드 제3항 제2규칙(2.1.7항 제외)을 준수함
.3 if fitted, the personnel transfer appliances and arrangement and the condition thereof are in all respects satisfactory and comply with the provisions of regulation III/2(except for paragraph 2.1.7) of the Code.

3. 이 증서는 최대승선인원 60명을 초과하는 선박이 독성제품, 저인화점제품 또는 산성제품을 운송하는 경우에는 유효하지 않음
This certificate is not valid for the carriage of toxic products, low-flashpoint products or acids when the total number of persons on board exceeds 60.
