4. 이 선박은 규칙 및 73/78 해양오염방지협약의 모든 관련 작업 요건이 준수될 것을 조건으로 다음 물질의 산적운송에 적합함 That the ship meets the requirements for the carriage in bulk of the following products, provided that all relevant operational provisions of the Code and Annex II of MARPOL 73/78 are observed.

5. 규칙 1.4/2.8.22)에 따라 이 선박에 대한 규칙의 규정이 다음과 같은 방법으로 수정되었음 : That, in accordance with 1.4/2.8.22), the provisions of the Code are modified in respect of the ship in the following manner: 6. 승인된 적하 및 복원성 자료가 규칙 2.2.5에 따라 본선에 제공되고 있음: That the loading and stability information booklet required by paragraph 2.2.5 of the Code has been supplied to the ship in an approved form: 7. 이 선박은 다음과 같이 적하되어야 함: That the ship must be loaded: .1 규칙 2.2.6에 따라 설치된 승인받은 복원성 계산기기를 사용하여 손상/비손상 복원성 요건을 갖추었음이 검증된 조건으로만 적하되어야 함2). only in accordance with loading conditions verified compliant with intact and damage stability requirements using the approved stability instrument fitted in accordance with paragraph 2.2.6 of the Code2) .2 규칙 2.2.7에 의해 2.2.6의 요구사항이 면제되거나, 규칙 2.2.6에 의해 요구되는 승인된 복원성 계산기기가 설치되지 않은 경우에는 다음의 승인된 한 가지 이상의 방법으로 적하되어야 함2). where a waiver permitted by paragraph 2.2.7 of the Code is granted and the approved stability instrument required by paragraph 2.2.6 of the Code is not fitted, loading shall be made in accordance with one or more of the following approved methods2). .1) 위 제6호에 따른 승인된 적하 및 복원성 자료에 제시된 조건에 따라 적하2); 또는 in accordance with the loading conditions provided in the approved loading and stability information booklet referred to in 6 above2); or .2) 승인된 방법에 의해 원격으로 검증된 조건에 따라 적하2); 또는 in accordance with loading conditions verified remotely using an approved means2); or .3) 위 제6호에 따른 적하 및 복원성 자료에 규정되어 있는 승인된 범위 내의 조건에 따라 적하2); 또는 in accordance with a loading condition which lies within an approved range of conditions defined in the approved loading and stability information booklet referred to in 6 above2); or .4) 위 제6호에 따른 승인된 적하 및 복원성 자료에 규정되어 있는 승인된 KG/GM 값을 사용하여 검증된 조건에 따라 적하2); in accordance with a loading condition verified using approved critical KG/GM data defined in the approved loading and stability information booklet referred to in 6 above2); .3 이 증서에 부가된 적하 제한 조건을 따라야 함2). in accordance with the loading limitations appended to this Certificate2). 2) 해당되지 아니하는 것은 지울 것 Delete as appropriate.

만약 위의 적하자료에 의한 것 이외의 방법으로 적하하려는 경우 그 적하조건의 판별에 필요한 계산서를 미리 주관청 또는 주관청에 의하여 인정된 기관에 제출하여 승인을 얻어야 함3)
Where it is required to load the ship other than in accordance with the above instruction, then the necessary calculations to justify the proposed loading conditions shall be co㎜unicated to the certifying Adminstration who may authorize in writing the adoption of the proposed loading condition.3)

증서의 완료에 관한 주의:
Notes on completion of Certificate:

1. 이 증서는 1974 SOLAS협약 및 73/78 MARPOL 당사국의 국기를 게양하는 선박에만 발급할 수 있다.
The Certificate can be issued only to ships entitled to fly the flags of States which are both a Contracting Government to the 1974 SOLAS Convention and a Party to MARPOL 73/78.

2. 선박의 형식: 이 란의 기입사항은 모든 관련 권고와 관련하여 설명하여야 한다. 예) “2형식”으로 기입하는 것은 코드에서 규정된 모든 관점에서 형식을 의미한다.
Ship Type: Any entry under this column must relate to all relevant reco㎜endations, e.g. an entry “Type 2” means type 2 in all respects prescribed by the Code.

3. 화물: 코드의 제17장에 등록된 화물, 또는 코드 1.1.6항에 따라 주관청에 의하여 평가된 화물이 등록되어야 한다. 후자의 “새로운” 화물에 관하여, 잠정적으로 명시된 특별 요건을 주목하여야 한다.
Products: Products listed in chapter 17 of the Code, or which have been evaluated by the Administration in accordance with 1.1.6 of the Code, shall be listed. In respect of the latter “new” products, any special requirements provisionally prescribed shall be noted.

4. 화물: 선박이 운송하기에 적합한 화물 명부는 코드에서 다루지 아니하는 Z류의 유해액체물질을 포함하여야 하며, “제18장 Z류”로 식별하여야 한다.
Products: The list of products the ship is suitable to carry shall include the Noxious Liquid Substances of Category Z which are not covered by the Code and shall be identified as “chapter 18 Category Z”.

3) 승인을 받은 다른 적하자료를 이 증서에 포함시키는 대신 서명 및 날짜가 적힌 별지로서 이 증서에 첨부할 수 있음
Instead of being incorporated in the Certificate, this text may be appended to the Certificate if signed and stamped.
4) 코드의 1.5.5.1항에 따라 주관청이 명시한 완료일을 기재할 것. 이 날짜의 일월은, 코드의 1.5.6.8항에 따라서 개정되지 아니 한 경 우, 코드 1.3.3항에 명시된 연차일과 같아야 한다.
Insert the date of expiry as specified by the Administration in accordance with 1.5.6.1 of the Code. The day and the month of this day correspond to the anniversary date as defined in 1.3.3 of the Code, unless amended in accordance with 1.5.6.8 of the Code.
