| 이 증서에는 화물선안전설비기록부(양식 E)를 추가로 작성하여 첨부해야 합니다. This certificate shall be supplemented by a Record of Equipment for Cargo Ship Safety(Form E). 「1974년 해상에서의 인명안전을 위한 국제협약」 및 같은 협약에 관한 1988년 의정서에 따라 대한민국 정부의 권한으로 발행합니다. Issued under the provisions of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as modified by the protocol of 1988 relating thereto under the authority of the Government of Republic of Korea by . 선박의 길이(제3장 제3규칙 12항) Length of Ship(regulation Ⅲ/3.12) 선박의 종류*** Type of Ship*** 산적화물선 Bulk carrier 유조선 Oil tanker 케미컬 탱커 Chemical tanker 가스캐리어 Gas carrier 컨테이너운반선 Containership 그 밖의 화물선 Cargo ship other than any of the above 용골 거치일 또는 그와 동등한 건조 단계일, 또는 해당되는 경우 주요 특성의 개조나 변경 또는 수정작업의 시작일: Date on which keel was laid or ship was at a similar stage of construction or, where applicable, date on which work for a conversion or an alteration or modification of a major character was commenced: 이 증서는 다음 사항을 증명합니다. THIS IS TO CERTIFY: 1. 이 선박은 협약의 제1장 제8규칙의 요건에 따라서 검사되었음. That the ship has been surveyed in accordance with the requirements of regulation I/8 of the Convention. * 유조선, 케미컬 탱커 및 가스캐리어의 경우만 기재할 것 For oil tankers, chemical tankers and gas carriers only. ** IMO에서 Res. | 2. 이 선박의 검사결과는 다음과 같음: That the survey showed that: 2.1 화재안전장치와 설비 및 화재제어도에 관하여 협약의 요건에 적합함; the ship complied with the requirements of the Convention as regards fire safety systems and appliances and fire control plans; 2.2 구명설비와 구명정, 구명뗏목, 구조정의 의장품을 협약의 요건에 따라 비치하고 있음; the life-saving appliances and the equipment of lifeboats, liferafts and rescue boats were provided in accordance with the requirements of the Convention; 2.3 구명줄 발사기를 협약의 요건에 따라 비치하고 있음; the ship was provided with a line-throwing appliance in accordance with the requirements of the Convention; 2.4 선박용 항해설비, 도선사용 승하선 장치 및 항해용 간행물이 협약의 요건에 적합함; the ship complied with the requirements of the Convention as regards shipborne navigational equipment, means of embarkation for pilots and nautical publications; 2.5 이 협약 및 현행 국제해상충돌예방규칙의 요건에 따라 음향신호와 조난신호의 수단, 등화 및 형상물을 비치하고 있음; the ship was provided with lights, shapes, means of making sound signals and distress signals in accordance with the requirements of the Convention and the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea in force; 2.6 그 밖에 모든 점에서 이 선박은 협약의 관련요건에 적합함 in all other respects the ship complied with the relevant requirements of the Convention. 2.7 이 선박은 협약 제Ⅱ-2장 제17규칙*/제Ⅲ장 제38규칙*에 따른 대체설계 및 배치가 적용되었음*/적용되지 않았음*; the ship was*/was not* subjected to an alternative design and arrangements in pursuance of regulation(s) Ⅱ-2/17*/Ⅲ/38* of the Convention; 2.8 방화*/구명*설비의 대체설계 및 배치에 관한 승인서류가 이 증서에 첨부되었음*/첨부되지 않았음*. a Document of approval of alternative design and arrangements for fire protection*/life-saving appliances and arrangements* is*/is not* appended to this Certificate. 3. 이 선박은 협약 제Ⅲ장 제26.1.1.1규칙**에 따라 항해구역을 로 제한하여 운항하고 있음 That the ship operates in accordance with regulation III/26.1.1.1** within the limits of the trade area . 4. 면제증서가 발행되었음*/발행되지 않았음* That an Exemption Certificate has*/has not* been issued. * 해당하지 않는 것은 지울 것 Delete as appropriate. ** 자체복원식 부분폐형구명정을 설치한 선박의 경우 1986년 7월 1일부터 1998년 7월 1일까지 사이에 건조된 선박에 적용되는 협약 1983 개정안(MSC.6(48)을 참고할 것 Refer to the 1983 amendments to SOLAS (MSC.6(48)), applicable to ships constructed on or after 1 July 1986, but before 1 July 1998 in the case of self-righting partially enclosed lifeboat(s) on board. | ||

| 이 증서는 협약의 제Ⅰ장 제8규칙에 따라 연차검사 및 정기적 검사를 받는 조건으로 년 월 일***까지 유효합니다.
