「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제43조 및 제43조의2에 따라 입원 또는 격리됨을 통지합니다. This is to notify that the person identified above is subject to hospitalization or isolation/quarantine as per Articles 43 and 43-2 of the 「Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act」. ※ 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령」 제23조 및 별표 2에 따른 치료 및 격리의 방법 및 절차 등을 준수해야 하고, 이를 위반할 경우에는 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제79조의3에 따라 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 처벌을 받을 수 있습니다. The violation of treatment or isolation/quarantine measures is punishable by imprison of up to 1 year or a fine of up to KRW 10 million as per Article 79-3 of the 「Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act」. ※ 이 통지에 대하여 불복하거나 이의가 있는 경우에는 「행정기본법」 제36조에 따라 이 통지서를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 이의신청을 할 수 있습니다. 이의신청을 한 경우에도 이의신청과 관계없이 「행정심판법」에 따라 처분이 있음을 알게 된 날부터 90일 또는 처분이 있었던 날부터 180일 이내에 행정심판위원회에 행정심판을 청구하거나 「행정소송법」에 따라 피고의 소재지를 관할하는 행정법원에 취소소송을 제기할 수 있습니다. If you are dissatisfied or object to this notice, as stated in the 「general act on public administration」 article 36, you may raise an objection within 30days from the date you received this notice.
