이 증서는 다음 사항을 증명합니다. THIS IS TO CERTIFY 1. 위에 기재된 선박용 디젤기관은 협약 부속서Ⅵ에 따라 의무적으로 이행하여야 하는 질소산화물기술코드(2008)에 따라 최초 승인검사를 받았음. That the above-mentioned marine diesel engine has been surveyed for pre-certification in accordance with the requirements of the Revised Technical Code on Control of Emission of Nitrogen Oxides from Marine Diesel Engines (2008) made mandatory by Annex Ⅵ of the Convention; and 2. 최초승인검사의 결과 기관의 설치 및/또는 선박을 항행에 사용하기 전에 기관, 기관부품, 조정 가능한 형상 및 기술기록이 협약 부속서 VI 제13규칙에 충분히 적합함. That the pre-certification survey shows that the engine, its components, adjustable features, and Technical File, prior to the engine's installation and/or service on board a ship, fully comply with the applicable regulation 13 of Annex Ⅵ of the Convention. 이 증서는 대한민국정부의 권한아래 선박에 설치되고 협약 부속서 Ⅵ 제5규칙에 따라 검사를 받는 것을 조건으로 기관의 일생동안 유효하다. 주: Notes:

1. 이 기록과 첨부물은 EIAPP 증서에 영구적으로 첨부되어야 한다. EIAPP 증서는 기관이 사용되는 기간 내내 함께 보관되어야 하며 항상 선박에 비치하여야 한다.
This Record and its attachments shall be permanently attached to the EIAPP Certificate. The EIAPP Certificate shall accompany the engine throughout its life and shall be available on board the ship at all times.

2. 이 기록부의 기재사항은 영어로 작성한다.

3. 별도로 기술하지 아니하면, 이 기록에 언급된 규칙은 협약의 부속서 VI의 규칙을 말하며 기관의 질소산화물배출관련 기록부에 대한 요건 및 검증방법은 개정된 질소산화물 기술코드(2008)의 강제이행요건을 적용한다.

The Technical File, as required by Chapter 2 of the NOx Technical Code, is an essential part of the EIAPP Certificate and must always accompany an engine throughout its life and always be available on board a ship.

질소산화물기술코드의 제6장에서 요구되는 선상 질소산화물 검증절차에 대한 명세서는 EIAPP 증서의 필수적인 구성요소이므로, 기관이 사용되는 기간 내내 함께 유지되어야 하며 선박에 항상 비치되어야 한다.
The specifications for the on-board NOx verification procedures, as required by Chapter 6 of the NOx Technical Code, are an essential part of the EIAPP certificate and must always accompany an engine through its life and always be available on board a ship.
