선박에서의 오염방지에 관한 규칙

1978년 의정서에 의하여 개정된 선박으로부터의 오염방지를 위한 1973년 국제협약(이하 "협약"이라 한다)에 따라 대한민국 정부의 권한으로 발행합니다.

이 분뇨처리장치는 4.2항의 기준을 포함/제외된* 해양환경보호위원회 결의서 227(64)**에 따른 유출액 기준에 적합함이 주관청에 의하여 증명됨
The sewage treatment plant is certified by the Administration to meet the effluent standards as provided for in the Guidelines on implementation of effluent standards and performance test for sewage treatment plants, adopted by resolution MEPC.227(64)**, as amended, including/excluding* the standard of section 4.2 thereof.

3. 검사의 결과, 이 선박의 구조ㆍ설비ㆍ장치ㆍ부착물ㆍ배치 및 재료 그리고 그 상태가 모든 점에서 만족하며, 이 선박은 협약 부속서 Ⅳ의 적용 규정에 적합함.
That the survey shows that the structure, equipment, systems, fittings, arrangements and material of the ship and condition thereof are in all respects satisfactory and that the ship complies with the applicable requirements of Annex Ⅳ of the Convention.
