1. 다음 표에 기재된 작업을 수행한 경우에 그 일자와 해당 작업의 내용을 표시하는 부호 및 번호를 기록하고 필요한 상세사항을 작업기록 및 작업책임자의 서명란에 적을 것
Whenever any of the operation described in the table below take place in the ship, the date, operational code and item number shall be inserted in the appropriate columns and the required particular shall be recorded chronologically in the column of Record of operations/signature of officer in charge.
2. 오존층파괴물질기록부는 한글로 기록하여야 하며 IAPP증서를 소지하는 선박은 영어로 기록하거나 병기할 것
The entries in the Ozone Depleting Substances Record Book shall be in Korean, and, for ships holding an IAPP Certificate, in English in parallel with Korean or in English only.
3. 오존층파괴물질 기록부는 물질의 질량(kg) 단위로 기록되어야 한다.
Entries in the Ozone Depleting Substances Record Book shall be recorded in terms of mass(kg) of substance.
