(I)		그 밖의 작동절차 및 일반사항 Additional operational procedures and general remarks 주1) 슬러지를 위해 사용되는 IOPP 증서 추록 서식 A 및 B의 제3.1항에 기입되어 있는 탱크에만 적용 Tanks listed in item 3.1 of form A and B of the supplement in the IOPP Certificate used for sludge 주2) 선장은 부선 및 탱크트럭을 포함하는 수용시설의 운항자로부터 이송일자 및 시각의 기록과 함께 이송된 탱크 세정수, 오염된 평형수, 잔유물 또는 유성혼합물을 상세히 기술한 영수증 또는 증서를 받아야 한다. 증서 또는 영수증이 기름기록부에 첨부되어 있는 경우, 증서 또는 영수증은 선장이 해당 선박이 추정된 오염사고에 연루되지 않았음을 증명하는데 도움이 되기도 한다. 이 영수증 또는 증서는 기름기록부와 함께 보관되어야 한다. Ships‘ masters should obtain from the operator of the reception facilities, which include barges and tank trucks, a receipt or certificate detailing the quantity of tank washings, dirty ballast, residues or oily mixtures transferred, together with the time and date of the transfer. This receipt or certificate, if attached to the Oil Record Book, may aid the master of the ship in proving that his ship was not involved in an alleged pollution incident. The receipt or certificate should be kept together with the Oil Record Book. 주3) 저장탱크로부터 빌지수를 배출 또는 처분한 경우 식별기호, 저장탱크의 용량, 저장 탱크에 저장된 양을 기재한다. 		Ship's masters should obtain from the operator of the reception facilities, which include barges and tank trucks, a receipt or certificate detailing the quantity of tank washings, dirty ballast, residues or oily mixtures transferred, together with the time and date of the transfer. This receipt or certificate, if attached to the Oil Record Book, may aid the master of the ship in proving that his ship was not involved in an alleged pollution incident. The receipt or certificate should be kept together with the Oil Record Book.
