This Record shall be permanently attached to the IAPP Certificate. The IAPP Certificate shall be
available on board the ship at all times.
2. 이 기록부는 한글과 영어로 작성한다.
The Record shall be in Korean and English.
3. 네모 빈 칸에는 답이 "예"와 "적용"인 경우에 "X"로, "아니오"와 "비적용"인 경우에 "-"로 적절히 표기해야 한다.

The following fire extinguishing systems, other systems and equipment containing ozone depleting substances, other than hydro-chlorofluorocarbons(HCFCs), installed before 19 May 2005 may continue in service:

2.3 황산화물(SOx)과 미립자 (제14규칙) Sulphur oxides(SOx) and particulate matter (regulation 14) 2.3.1 선박이 제14.3규칙에 규정된 배출규제해역 밖에서 운항할 때에는 다음을 사용한다: When the ship operates outside of an Emission Control Area specified in regulation 14.3, the ship uses: .1 연료유공급서에 따라 문서화되어 있는 바와 같이 황 함유량 제한치 0.5 %m/m를 초과하지 않는 연료유 및/또는: fuel oil with a sulphur content as documented by bunker delivery notes that does not exceed the limit value of 0.50% m/m, and/or □ .2 제2.6항에 기재된 바와 같이 제4.1규칙에 따라 승인된 동등한 설비를 사용하며, 이 설비는 0.50 %m/m 황 함유량 제한치의 연료유의 사용과 최소한 동등한 SOx 배출 저감 효과를 가짐: an equivalent arrangement approved in accordance with regulation 4.1 as listed in paragraph 2.6 that is at least as effective in terms of SOx emission reductions as compared to using a fuel oil with a sulphur content limit value of 0.50% m/m □ 2.3.2 선박이 제14.3규칙에 규정된 배출규제해역 안에서 운항할 때에는 다음을 사용한다: When the ship operates inside an Emission Control Area specified in regulation 14.3, the ship uses: .1 연료유공급서에 따라 문서화되어 있는 바와 같이 황 함유량 제한치 0.10 %m/m를 초과하지 않는 연료유 및 / 또는:
