선박에서의 오염방지에 관한 규칙

이 확인서는「1978년 의정서 및 1997년 의정서에 의하여 개정된 선박으로부터의 오염방지를 위한 1973년 국제협약」(이하 "협약"이라 한다)에 따라 대한민국정부의 권한으로 _____________에서 발행합니다.
Issued under the provisions of the Protocol of 1997, as amended, to amend the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, as modified by the Protocol of 1978 related thereto (hereinafter referred to as "the Convention") under the authority of the Government of Republic of Korea by _____________.

이 확인서는 다음 사항을 선언합니다.:
THIS IS TO DECLARE:

1. 이 선박은 협약 부속서 VI의 제27규칙에 따라 보고해야 하는 정보 중 년 월 일
부터 년 월 일 까지의 운항기간에 해당하는 정보를 주관청에 제출함.
That the ship has submitted to this Administration the data required by regulation 27 of Annex VI
to the Convention, covering ship operations from / / through / / ;

2. 이 정보는 년 월 일 부터 년 월 일 까지의 기간에 유효한 선박
에너지효율관리계획서에 명시된 방법 및 절차를 준수하여 수집되고 보고됨.
The data was collected and reported in accordance with the methodology and processes set out in the

3. 제28규칙이 적용되는 경우, 협약 부속서 VI의 제28.1규칙 및 제28.2규칙에 따라

2) 제27.4규칙, 제27.5규칙 또는 제27.6규칙에 명시된 선박을 양도하는 경우, 협약 부속서 VI의 제28.3규칙에 따라 규칙에
명시된 사항들이 완료되어야 함.
In the event of any transfer of a ship addressed in regulations 27.4, 27.5 or 27.6, these sections should be
completed consistent with regulation 28.3 of MARPOL Annex VI.

4. 제28규칙이 적용되는 경우, 협약 부속서 VI의 제28규칙에 따라 측정된 이 기간 동안의 연간
