선박에서의 오염방지에 관한 규칙

1978년 의정서에 의하여 개정된 선박으로부터의 오염방지를 위한 1973년 국제협약(이하 "협약"이라 한다)에 따라 대한민국 정부의 권한으로 발행합니다.

이 증서는 다음 사항을 증명합니다:
THIS IS TO CERTIFY:

1. 이 비자항무인바지선박은 협약 부속서 IV 제3.2규칙에 따라 검사를 받았음.;
That the unmanned non-self-propelled (UNSP) barge has been surveyed in accordance with
regulation 3.2 of Annex IV to the Convention;

2. 검사의 결과 이 비자항무인바지선박은 아래의 요건에 적합함:
That the survey shows that the unmanned non-self-propelled (UNSP) barge:
.1 기계적 수단에 의해 추진되지 않음;
is not propelled by mechanical means;
.2 사람이나 살아있는 동물이 승선하지 않음;
has neither persons nor living animals on board;
.3 운항중 분뇨를 저장하지 않음; 그리고
is not used for holding sewage during transport; and
.4 협약 부속서 IV 제1.3규칙에 정의된 생성하는 장치가 설치되지 않음; 그리고
has no arrangements that could produce sewage as defined in regulation 1.3 of Annex IV
to the Convention; and

3. 이 비자항무인바지선박은 협약 부속서 IV의 제3.2규칙에 따라 협약부속서 IV의 제4.1규칙 및
5.1규칙에서 요구하는 증서 및 관련 검사요건이 면제됨.
That the UNSP barge is exempted, under regulation 3.2 of Annex IV to the Convention,
from the certification and related survey requirements of regulations 4.1 and 5.1 of
Annex IV to the Convention.

1) 국제해사기구에서 Resolution. A.1117(30)로 채택된 IMO 선박식별번호계획에 따를 것.
In accordance with the IMO Ship Identification Number Scheme [resolution A.1117(30)].
