| 전자기록부 적합확인서 (Declaration of Electric Record Book) 선박으로부터의 오염방지를 위한 국제협약(MARPOL)의 요건에 따라 대한민국 정부의 권한에 의하여 발행 됨. Issued under the authority of the Government of Republic of Korea In reference to the requirements set out in the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships(MARPOL) 선명(Ship's name): 국제해사기구 번호(IMO No.): 선박 기국(Flag State of Ship): 총톤수(Gross tonnage): 이 적합확인서는 전자기록시스템이 국제협약 부속서에 명시한 요건..... 충족함을 대한민국 정부에 의해 평가되었음을 선언하기 위한 것이며 이는 국제해사기구가 개발한 지침과 일치한다.
