(8쪽 중 제2쪽) 3. 이 선박은 73/78 해양오염방지협약 부속서 Ⅱ의 제14규칙에 의하여 요구되는 동 협약 부속서 Ⅱ의 부록4에 따른 지침서를 비치하고, 이 선박의 장치 및 설비는 같은 지침서에 규정된 모든 점에서 만족함. That the ship has been provided with a Manual in accordance with Appendix 4 of MARPOL 73/78 Annex Ⅱ as called for by regulation 14 of the Annex, and the arrangements and equipment of the ship prescribed in the Manual are in all relevant respects satisfactory. 4. 이 선박은 규칙 및 해양오염방지협약 부속서 Ⅱ의 모든 관련 작업요건이 준수될 것을 조건으로 다음 물질의 산적운송에 적합함 That the ship meets the requirements for the carriage in bulk of the following products, provided that all relevant operational provisions of the Code and MARPOL Annex Ⅱ are observed.

5. 규칙 1.7.3/2.2.5에 따라 이 선박에 대한 규칙의 규정이 다음과 같은 방법으로 수정되었음: That, in accordance with 1.7.3/2.2.5, the provisions of the Code are modified in respect of the ship in the following manner: 6. 규칙 2.2.1.1에 따라 승인된 적하 및 복원성 지침서가 이 선박에 제공되어 있음. That the loading and stability manuals required by paragraph 2.2.1.1 of the Code have been supplied to the ship in an approved form. 7. 이 선박은 다음과 같이 적하되어야 함 : That the ship must be loaded : .1* 규칙 2.2.1.2에 따라 설치된 복원성 계산기기를 사용하여 손상/비손상 복원성요건에 적합함이 검증된 조건으로만 적하 only in accordance with loading conditions verified compliant with intact and damage stability requirements using the approved stability instrument fitted in accordance with paragraph 2.2.1.2 of the Code; *해당되지 않으면 지울 것. .2* 규칙 2.2.1.3에 의해 면제되거나, 규칙 2.2.1.2에 의해 요구되는 승인된 복원성 계산기기가 설치되지 않은 경우는 다음의 승인된 방법으로 적하되어야 함.
where a waiver permitted by paragraph 2.2.1.3 of the Code is granted and the approved stability instrument required by paragraph 2.2.1.2 of the Code is not fitted, loading shall be made in accordance with the following approved methods;
(ⅰ) 위 제6호에 따른 승인된 적하 및 복원성 지침서에서 제공된 적하 조건에 적합 ; 또는
in accordance with the loading conditions provided in the approved loading and stability manuals referred to in 6 above; or
(ⅱ) 승인된 방법에 의해 원격으로 검증된 조건으로 적하; 또는
in accordance with a loading conditions verified remotely using an approved means ________ ; or
(ⅲ) 위 제6호에 따른 적하 및 복원성 지침서에 승인된 적하범위 내에서 적하; 또는
in accordance with a loading condition which lies within an approved range of conditions defined in the approved loading and stability manuals referred to in 6 above; or
(ⅳ) 위 제6호에 따른 적하 및 복원성 지침서에 규정되어 있는 승인된 KG/GM 값에 적합한 손상/비손상복원성 요건에 따라 적하
in accordance with a loading condition verified using approved critical KG/GM data defined in the approved loading and stability manuals referred to in 6 above;
