식물방역법 시행규칙

「식물방역법」 제7조의3제2항, 제10조제6항, 제12조의2제3항, 제12조의3제2항, 제16조제1항, 제16조제3항, 제17조의2제2항, 제19조의2제4항, 제27조제1항 또는 제27조의2제4항과 같은 법 시행규칙 제23조제1항에 따라 위와 같이 (회수ㆍ소독ㆍ폐기ㆍ반송ㆍ반출ㆍ그 밖에 필요한 조치)할 것을 명합니다.
I hereby order you to (recovery, disinfect, destruct, return or take out) as above in accordance with Article 7(3)-2, 10-6, 12(2)-3, 12(3)-2, 16-1, 16-3, 17(2)-2, 19(2)-4, 27-1 and 27(2)-4 of the Plant Protection Act, and the Article 23 of its Enforcement Regulations.

유 의 사 항 Remarks

1. 회수ㆍ소독ㆍ폐기ㆍ반송 또는 반출되는 물품에 대하여는 소독ㆍ 폐기ㆍ반송 또는 반출 시까지 밀폐형 컨테이너나 용기에 보관하거나 다른 물품과 격리하여 비닐 등으로 덮어 병해충이 퍼지지 아니하도록 조치할 것
The consignments including in-transit ordered for recovery, disinfection, destruction, return to the origin or taking out must be stored in freight containers or closed cases, or kept apart from other consignments and covered with plastic etc. until the consignments are disinfected,destructed, returned or taken out, to prevent spread of any pests from the consignments.
2. 소독ㆍ폐기ㆍ반송 또는 반출을 위하여 이동하는 경우에 밀폐형 컨테이너나 용기에 넣거나 비닐 등으로 덮어 병해충이 퍼지지 아니하도록 조치한 후 이동할 것
In case of movement of the consignments for disinfection, destruction, return to the origin or taking out, the consignments must be moved any freight containers or closed cases or covered with plastic etc. to prevent spread of any pests from the consignments.
3. 폐기대상품의 경우에는 검역본부장이 정하여 고시한 방법에 따라 "폐기대상품"임을 표기할 것
The consignments subject to destruction should have a sign of "The consignment subject to destruction" on the surface according to the methods gazetted by the Commissioner of the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency.
4. 종자류, 묘목류, 과일류, 채소류 등 생식물은 소독처리를 할 경우에는 대상물품이 약해 등 피해가 발생할 수 있으니 반드시 소독하기 전 품질손상 여부를 확인 후 소독을 실시할 것
Live plants, such as seeds, seedlings, fruits, vegetables etc., could be damaged by disinfection, make sure the possible loss of consignment quality before the quarantine treatment.
5. 소독 또는 폐기는 식물검역관 참관 하에 실시할 것
Disinfection or destruction should be executed in the presence of plant quarantine officer.
