| 위 식물은 「식물방역법」 제8조제3항제2호와 같은 법 시행규칙 제10조의2제3항에 따라 검역증명서 첨부 제외를 승인합니다. | 유 의 사 항 | |||||||||
| 1. 검역증명서 첨부 제외 승인서는 승인서가 발급된 날부터 10일 이내 출발한 물품에 한하여 유효합니다. This certificate is valid only for goods departing within 10 days of the issued date on the certificate 2. 물품이 도착하면 식물검역관에게 승인서를 제출하거나 승인번호를 알려야 합니다. When the importing goods arrives, you should submit an approval certificate or notify the quarantine officer of a certificate approval No. 3. 승인서를 발급받은 자는 EMS(등기)번호 또는 선하증권(B/L번호) 번호를 도착 전까지 식물검역관에게 알려주어야 합니다.
