| 「식물방역법」 제20조제3항과 같은 법 시행규칙 제30조제3항에 따라 위 물품에 대한 국내지역 경유를 승인합니다. | 유 의 사 항 (Remarks) | |||||||
| 1. 위 화물은 도착지에 도착하는 즉시 해당 공항·항만을 관할하는 농림축산검역본부의 지역본부장 또는 사무소장에게 신고하여 수송 중 이상 유무에 대한 검역 또는 확인을 받아야 합니다. 만일, 도착 신고를 하지 아니하는 경우에는 「식물방역법」 제50조에 따라 처벌받게 됩니다. Above shipments should be inspected or confirmed at the point of arrival after transit by declaring to Chief of Regional or District Office of APQA which govern the point upon its arrival. If you do not declare, you will be punished by the Article 50 of the Plant Protection Act. 2. 위 화물은 밀폐되어 있고 봉인된 상태로 수송하여야 합니다. Above shipments should be transported under the airtight and sealed condition. 3. 위 화물은 경유 중에는 환적될 수 없으며, 경유기간 이내에 도착지에 도착하여야 합니다. Above shipments should not be re-loaded to the other vehicles or containers in the course of transit and should be arrived at the point of arrival within the approved transit period. 4. 경유 중 자연재해, 차량사고 등으로 차량, 컨테이너 또는 봉인이 파손된 경우에는 즉시 경유를 승인한 농림축산검역본부의 지역본부장 또는 사무소장에게 신고하여야 합니다. 만일, 신고하지 아니하는 경우에는 「식물방역법」 제47조제9호에 따라 처벌받게 됩니다. If any problems occur during the transit, such as breakdown of vehicles, containers or seals, caused by natural disaster or car accident etc., it should immediately be reported to Chief of Regional or District Office of APQA(Tel: ) which approved the transit. If you do not declare, you will be punished by the Article 47-9 of the Plant Protection Act. | |||||||
