| 선박안전관리증서 SAFETY MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE 대 한 민 국 REPUBLIC OF KOREA 이 증서는 위 선박의 안전관리체제가 「해상교통안전법」 제49조제1항제1호ㆍ제2호 및 같은 법 시행규칙 제41조제1항에 따라 심사되었고, 그 요건을 준수하고 있음을 확인하였음을 증명하며, 선박회사의 안전관리적합증서가 이 선박의 종류에 해당됨을 증명합니다. This is to certify that the Safety Management System(SMS) of the ship has been audited and that it complies with the requirements of the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention(ISM Code), following verification that the Document of Compliance(DOC) for the Company is applicable to this type of the ship. 유효기간: 년 월 일까지 This Safety Management Certificate is valid until , subject to periodical verification and the Document of Compliance remaining valid. 「해상교통안전법」 제51조제1항 및 같은 법 시행규칙 제51조제1항제1호에 따라 이 증서를 교부합니다. | 중간인증심사의 확인 Endorsement for Intermediate Verification and Additional Verification(If required) 이 증서는 「해상교통안전법」 제49조제1항제3호 및 같은 법 시행규칙 제41조제1항에 따라 그 요건을 준수하고 있음을 확인하였음을 증명합니다. This is to certify that, at the periodical verification in accordance with Regulation 6.1 of Chapter Ⅸ of the Convention and paragraph 13.8 of the ISM Code, the safety management system was found to comply with the requirements of the ISM Code.

| 갱신인증심사가 완료된 경우「국제안전경영규약」B편 제13.13에 따른 표기 (ENDORSEMENT WHERE THE RENEWAL VERIFICATION HAS BEEN COMPLIED AND PART B 13.13 OF THE ISM CODE APPLIES) 이 선박은 「국제안전경영규약」(ISM Code)의 관련 규정에 적합하며 이 증서는 국제안전경영규약 B편 제13.13절에 따라 까지 유효한 것으로 인정합니다.
