I apply for brokering license pursuant to Section 2, Article 57 of the 「Defense Acquisition Program Act」 and
Section 3, Article 68 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Defense Acquisition Program Act」.

수입자, 최종수하인 또는 최종사용자가 최종 목적지국가가 아닌 국가나 지역으로 허가 받은 전략물자를 재수출하지 않는다는 조건하에 「방위사업법 시행령」 제68조의 규정에 의하여 위와 같이 방산물자 및 국방과학기술의 거래 중개를 허가합니다.
On condition that the importer, the Ultimate Consignee or the End-User would not re-export the approved items to countries or regions other than the country of Ultimate Destination stated above, the undersigned hereby approves the above items to be transferred in accordance with Article 68 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Defense Acquisition Program Act」 .
