| 이 사람은 「공항시설법」 제55조에 따라 사업시행자 등 또는 항행안전시설설치자 등에게 필요한 보고를 하게 하거나 자료의 제출을 명할 수 있고, 사무실이나 그 밖의 장소에 출입하여 사업시행자 등 또는 항행안전시설설치자 등이 같은 법 제31조, 제40조 및 제47조에 따라 수행하는 업무를 검사하거나 시정조치를 명할 수 있는 권한을 가진 항공안전감독관임을 증명함. This is to certify that this person is delegated to exercise the authority under Article 55 of Airport Facilities Act to order project implementers, installers of air navigation safety facilities or other related officials to file any report or submit any materials deemed necessary for relevant affairs. This person is also duly authorized to access offices or any other places to inspect the work of project implementers and installers of air navigation safety facilities that is conducted pursuant to Article 31, Article 40 and Article 47 of the same Act and order the corrective measure if necessary. | |||||
