| 「원자력안전법」 제88조제1항 및 같은 법 시행규칙 제118조에 따라 이 증을 교부합니다. This certificate is issued in accordance with Article 88(1) of the Nuclear Safety Act and Article 118 of the Enforcement Regulations of the same Act. | |||

| 주의사항(Notes) 1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 면허를 받은 사람 또는 이 면허증을 다른 사람에게 빌려준 사람은 면허를 취소합니다(「원자력안전법」제86조). The license of persons who obtained their license through fraud or other improper means, or who loaned this license to another person, shall be revoked (Article 86 of the Nuclear Safety Act). 2. 이 면허증을 잃어버렸거나 이 면허증이 헐어서 쓸 수 없게 되었을 때 또는 면허증의 기재사항이 변경되었을 때에는 재교부를 신청할 수 있습니다(「원자력안전법」제88조제2항). The holder of the license may apply for re-issuance when it is lost, rendered unusable due to damage, or the information on the license has been altered (Article 88(2) of the Nuclear Safety Act). | ||
