| 첨부서류 Documents required for application | 1. 지정검역물 양식ㆍ가공ㆍ보관시설 등록을 신청하는 경우: 해당 시설이 수출국의 관련 법령에 따라 면허ㆍ허가ㆍ등록ㆍ신고 등이 되었음을 증명하는 서류 Application for Registration of Foreign Fishery Product Facility : Documents issued by the exporting country’s competent authority certifying that the foreign fishery products facility is authorized, registered or declared according to the country’s relevant laws and regulations regarding fishery products. 2. 지정검역물 양식ㆍ가공ㆍ보관시설 등록 유효기간 연장을 신청하는 경우: 「수산생물질병 관리법 시행규칙」 제27조의2제2항에 따른 면허ㆍ허가ㆍ등록ㆍ신고 등이 유지되고 있음을 증명하는 서류 Application for Validity Extension of Foreign Fishery Products Facility : Documents evidencing that license, authorization, registration and declaration for the facility according to Article 27-2(2) is maintained. 3. 지정검역물 양식ㆍ가공ㆍ보관시설 변경등록을 신청하는 경우: 변경사항을 증명할 수 있는 서류 Application for Updating Registration of Foreign Fishery Product Facility : Document evidencing the updates. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| 유의사항 Note | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 지정검역물 양식ㆍ가공ㆍ보관시설을 등록ㆍ변경등록한 경우에는 「수산생물질병 관리법」 제25조의2제4항에 따라 등록이 취소됩니다. If it is determined that a foreign fishery products facility made registration or alteration by fraud or other improper means, its registration will be revoked according to Article 25-2 of the Aquatic Organism Disease Control Act. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
