| 이 증서는 다음 각 호의 사항을 증명합니다. 1. 이 선박은 「선원법」 및 그 하위법령의 요건과 첨부된 해사노동적합선언서의 규정에 따라 검사 및 검증되었습니다. 2. 「2006 해사노동협약」(이하 "협약"이라 한다) 부록 A5-Ⅰ에 규정된 선원의 근로 및 생활 기준이 협약을 이행하는 대한민국의 국내요건과 일치함을 확인하였습니다. 이 국내요건은 해사노동적합선언서 제Ⅰ부에 요약되어 있습니다. This is to certify: 1. That this ship has been inspected and verified to be in compliance with the requirements of the Convention, and the provisions of the attached Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance. 2. That the seafarers`working and living conditions specified in Appendix A5-I of the Convention were found to correspond to the national requirements of the Republic of Korea implementing the Convention. These national requirements are summarized in the Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance, Part I. 이 증서는 「선원법」 제123조 및 제137조에 따른 검사를 수검할 것을 조건으로 년 월 일까지 유효합니다. This Certificate is valid until subject to inspections in accordance with Standards A5.1.3 and A5.1.4 of the Convention. 이 증서는 에서 년 월 일에 발급된 해사노동적합선언서가 첨부된 경우에만 유효합니다.
