Issued under the provisions of the INTERNATIONAL CODE FOR THE SECURITY OF SHIPS AND OF PORT FACILITIES(ISPS Code) Under the authority of the Government of the Republic of Korea by Director General of Regional Office of Oceans and Fisheries. 선명(Name of ship): 선박번호(Distinctive number or letters): 선적항(Port of registry): 선박의 종류(Type of ship): 총톤수(Gross tonnage): 선박식별번호(IMO Number): 안전관리회사(Name and address of the Company): 안전관리회사 식별번호(Company Identification Number): 이 증서는 연속적으로 발행된 임시국제선박보안증서입니까? 예/아니오 Is this a subsequent, consecutive interim certificate? Yes/No 만약 그렇다면, 최초의 임시국제선박보안증서의 발행일자를 적으십시오. If Yes, date of issue of initial interim certificate 이 증서는 「국제선박 및 항만시설보안 규칙」 A편 제19.4.2절의 요건에 적합함을 증명합니다.
