| 확인서 번호 대 한 민 국 Statement No.: Republic of Korea 임시항만시설적합확인서 INTERIM STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE OF A PORT FACILITY 항만시설 이름(Name of the Port Facility): 항만시설 주소(Address of the Port Facility): 이 임시적합확인서는 위 항만시설이 「1974년 해상에서의 인명안전을 위한 국제협약」 XI-2장 및 「국제선박 및 항만시설보안 규칙」(ISPS Code) A편의 규정에 적합한 것으로 심사되고 승인된 항만시설보안계획서에 따라 한시적으로 운용되고 있음을 증명합니다. 아래에 표시된 선박의 이용을 위해 이 항만시설적합확인서가 승인되었습니다. THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the compliance of this port facility with the provisions of chapter XI-2 of International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 and part A of the International Code for the Security of Ships and of Port Facilities(ISPS Code) has been verified and that this port facility temporaily operates in accordance with the approved Port Facility Security Plan.
