THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the compliance of this port facility with the provisions of chapter XI-2 of International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 and part A of the International Code for the Security of Ships and of Port Facilities(ISPS Code) has been verified and that this port facility operates in accordance with the approved Port Facility Security Plan. This plan has been approved for the following: □ 여객선(Passenger ship) □ 고속여객선(Passenger high speed craft) □ 고속화물선(Cargo high speed craft) □ 산적화물선(Bulk carrier) □ 유조선(Oil tanker) □ 화학제품운반선(Chemical tanker) □ 가스운반선(Gas carrier) □ 이동식 해상 구조물(Mobile offshore Drilling Units) □ 그 밖의 화물선(Cargo ships other than those referred to above) 이 항만시설적합확인서는 뒷면에 기재된 중간심사를 받는 조건으로 까지 유효합니다. 보안심사의 표기
(ENDORSEMENT OF VERIFICATION)

대한민국정부는 이 항만시설적합확인서가 아래와 같이 중간항만시설보안심사를 받는 것을 조건으로 유효함을 인정합니다.
The Government of the Republic of Korea has established that the validity of this Statement of Compliance is subject to annual verifications.

이 증서는 「국제선박 및 항만시설보안 규칙」(ISPS Code) B편 제16.62.4항에 따라 시행된 심사에서 이 항만시설이 협약 XI-2 및 「국제선박 및 항만시설보안 규칙」 A편의 관련규정에 적합한 것으로 확인되었음을 증명합니다.
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that, during a verification carried out in accordance with paragraph B/16.62.4 of the ISPS Code, the port facility was found to comply with the relevant provisions of chapter XI-2 of the Convention and Part A of the ISPS Code.
