| 소개 Introduction 선박평형수관리협약 부속서 제B-2규칙에 따라 이 기록부에는 각각의 선박평형수 작업 내용을 기록하여야 한다. 이 기록부는 해양과 수용시설에 배출하는 것을 포함한다. In accordance with regulation B-2 of the annex to the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments, a record is to be kept of each ballast water operation. This includes discharges at sea and to reception facilities. 선박평형수는 선박의 종경사, 횡경사, 흘수, 복원성 또는 선체 응력을 통제하기 위하여 선박에 싣고 있는 물 및 물에 포함된 물질을 말한다. 선박평형수 관리는 승인된 선박평형수관리계획서에 따라야 하며, 국제해사기구가 개발한 지침서를 고려하여야 한다. "Ballast water" means water with its suspended matter taken on board a ship to control trim, list, draught, stability, or stresses of a ship. Management of ballast water shall be in accordance with an approved Ballast Water Management Plan and taking into account guidelines developed by the Organization. 선박평형수기록부 기재는 국제해사기구가 개발한 지침서를 고려하여 작성되어야 한다. The Ballast Water Record Book entries should be completed taking into account any guidelines to be developed by the Organization. 선박평형수의 양은 ㎥로 산정되어야 한다. 선박평형수의 양 산정의 정확성은 해석에 따라 달라질 수 있다. The volume of ballast water on board should be estimated in cubic metres. It is recognized that the accuracy of estimating volumes of ballast is left to interpretation. 선박평형수관리기록부 기재 ENTRIES IN THE BALLAST WATER RECORD BOOK 선박평형수기록부 기재는 다음의 경우에 따른다. Entries in the Ballast Water Record Book shall be made on each of the following occasions: (A) 선박평형수를 해양에서 주입하는 경우 (발라스트 작업) When ballast water is taken on board from the aquatic environment (ballasting operation) 1. 시작 시간 및 위치 (주입 항 또는 위도/경도) Start time and location (port of uptake or latitude/longitude) 2. 종료 시간 및 위치 (주입 항 또는 위도/경도 및 최소 수심) Completion time and location (port of uptake or latitude/longitude and minimum depth of water during uptake) 3. 관련 탱크의 식별 The identity of the tanks affected 4. 주입량 및 최종 보유량(㎥) Estimated volume of uptake and final total quantity retained in cubic metres 5. 승인된 선박평형수관리계획서에 따른 이행 여부 Whether conducted in accordance with the approved Ballast Water Management Plan 6. 선박평형수 처리 방법 Ballast water treatment method | |
