1 (가) 감염 또는 오염의 증거: 모든 성장단계의 매개체, 동물 병원소, 인간 질병을 비롯하여 건강에 유해한 미생물학적, 화학적 요소를 옮길 수 있는 설치류와 그 밖의 종 및 부적절한 위생조치의 흔적 등. (나) (선박보건상태신고서에 기록된) 인체 감염에 관한 정보 (a) Evidence of infection or contamination, including: vectors in all stages of growth; animal reservoirs for vectors; rodents of other species that could carry human disease, microbiological, chemical and other risks to human health; signs of inadequate sanitary measures. (b) Information concerning any human cases(to be included in the Maritime Declaration of Health)
2 선내에서 취한 검체 결과, 분석 결과는 선장에게 가장 편리한 수단을 통하여 제공해야 합니다. 재검사가 필요한 경우, 적절한 다음 기항지에서 이 증명서에 명시된 재검사일에 재검사를 받아야 합니다. Results from samples taken on board; Analysis to be provided to ship's master by most expedient means and, if re-inspection is required, to the next appropriate port of call coinciding with the re-inspection date specified in this certificate.
선박위생관리면제 증명서와 선박위생관리 증명서는 최대 6개월간 유효하나, 항만에서 조사를 하기 어렵고 감염이나 오염의 증거가 없는 경우에는 유효기간이 추가로 1개월 연장될 수 있습니다. Sanitation Control Exemption Certificates and Sanitation Control Certificates are valid for a maximum of six months, but the validity period may be extended by one month if inspection cannot be carried out at the port and there is no evidence of infection or contamination.
