| 위 사람에 대해 「출입국관리법」 제13조에 따라 아래와 같이 조건부입국을 허가합니다. You are hereby granted conditional entry permission under the following conditions pursuant to Article 13 of the Immigration Act. | |||

| <유의사항 / Notice> 1. 출석요구를 받았을 때에는 지정된 일시 및 장소에 출석하여야 합니다. You must appear at a designated place and time when your attendance is requested. 2. 조건부입국허가 기간 중에는 입국수속에 필요한 행동 이외의 행동을 하여서는 안 됩니다. You must refrain from any behavior or actions other than required for the entry procedure during the period of conditional entry. 3. 조건에 위반할 때에는 이 허가를 취소하고, 예치된 보증금의 전부 또는 일부를 국고에 귀속할 수 있으며, 「출입국관리법」에 따라 처벌됩니다. Failure to observe any of the above conditions shall cause an immediate rescission of the permit. In addition, the full amount or portion of the bond that you deposited will be confiscated to the national funds, and you will be subject to punishment pursuant to the Immigration Act. | |||
