해외 어획물 적재 선박 입항신고서 (Entry Notification for Vessels with Fish and Fish Products Caught in Waters outside Korea’s Judicial Waters)

「원양산업발전법」 제14조제1항 및 같은 법 시행규칙 제23조제1항에 따라 위와 같이 해외 어획물 적재 선박의 입항을 신청합니다.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 14 of the Distant Water Fisheries Development Act and paragraph 1 of Article 23 of the Enforcement Rule of the Distant Water Fisheries Development Act, I hereby notify the entry of the vessel with fish and fish products caught in waters outside Korea’s Judicial Waters

(Attachments)

1. 국제수산기구에서 정하고 있는 어획증명 관련 서류 1부(국제수산기구가 어획증명에 관한 보존관리조치를 채택하여 관리하는 어종을 적재한 경우만 해당합니다)
1. In case where the vessel has on board the fish species managed by international/regional fisheries management organizations (RFMOs), a catch document required by the relevant RFMO that certifies the catches should be attached.

2. 합법적으로 어획되었다는 사실을 증명할 수 있는 서류 1부(외국과 체결한 불법ㆍ비보고ㆍ비규제 어업 방지협정 등의 이행을 위하여 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시한 어종을 적재한 경우만 해당합니다)
2. In case where the vessel has on board fish species that were caught in the waters of a State with which Korea signed an agreement to prevent IUU fishing and that are listed in the notification issued by the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries, a document that proves the legitimacy of the Catches should be attached.

3. 꽁치, 긴가이석태 또는 영상가이석태를 포획ㆍ채취한 선박의 기국의 권한 있는 기관이 발급한 「원양산업발전법 시행규칙」 별지 제14호의2서식의 어획증명서. 다만, 해당 선박의 총톤수가 20톤 미만인 경우에는 「원양산업발전법 시행규칙」 별지 제14호의3서식의 간편 어획증명서를 제출합니다.(해외수역에서 포획ㆍ채취한 꽁치, 긴가이석태 또는 영상가이석태를 적재한 경우만 해당합니다)
3. In the case where the vessel has on board Cololabis saira, Pseudotolithus elongatus and/or Pseudotolithus typus harvested or gathered in the waters outside of Korea's jurisdiction, a catch certificate issued by the competent authorities of the flag state of the fishing vessel in the format prescribed by the Appendix 14/2 of the Enforcement Rule of the Distant Water Fisheries Development Act shall be accompanied. If the fishing vessel is measured less than 20GT, the simplified catch certificate set forth in the Appendix 14/3 of the Enforcement Rule of the Distant Water Fisheries Development Act shall be accompanied.

작성방법

1. "선박제원"란에는 입항신청 선박의 제원을 적습니다.
2. "입항일시"란에는 입항날짜 및 시간을 적습니다.
3. "입항예정 항구/선박계선장소(선석 및 장소)"란에는 선박이 입항하고자 하는 예정 항구명과 선박이 접안하는 장소를 적습니다.
4. "최초출항지/최종목적지"란에는 선박의 최초출항지와 최종목적지를 적습니다.
5. "선사 또는 대리점의 이름, 부호, 주소"란에는 입항신고서를 제출하는 업체(신고인)를 적습니다.
6. "어획물 적재 내역"란은 선박의 종류에 따라 다음과 같이 적습니다.
1) 어선 또는 어선으로부터 어획물을 직접 전재 받은 선박: 품명(어종), 적재중량, 조업/전재기간 및 어획/전재지역을 적습니다.
2) 그 밖의 선박: 1)과 동일하게 적는 것을 원칙으로 하고, 적재내역의 작성이 어려운 경우에는 대표 품종(어종) 및 적재 총중량을 적재내역에 적습니다.
