| 1. 안장대상자의 사망진단서, 화장증명서 및 안장대상자가 사망 당시 국적 보유국에서 금고 1년 이상의 실형을 선고받지 않았음을 증명하는 서류로서 사망 당시 국적 보유국의 정부나 그 밖의 권한 있는 기관이 발행한 서류 각 1부 (1 Copy each of the Death Certificate, the Cremation Certificate, and the Document Issued by the Government of the Country of Nationality at the Time of Death or Other Competent Authority, Certifying That the Person Eligible for Enshrinement Had Not Been Sentenced to Imprisonment for One Year or More by That country at the Time of Death) 2. 안장대상자가 군인ㆍ군무원ㆍ향토예비군대원ㆍ경찰관 및 소방공무원의 경우: 안장대상자의 전사증명서ㆍ순직증명서 또는 경력증명서 1부 (In case of Military personㆍ Civilian military personㆍ Homeland Reserve Forces memberㆍ Police officerㆍ Fire Fight officer: 1 Copy of or the Career Certification of death in battleㆍ the Career Certification of death on dutyㆍ the Career Certification of the Person Eligible) 3. 안장대상자가 소방공무원ㆍ의사상자ㆍ순직공무원 및 공상공무원의 경우: 안장대상자의 공적 자료 또는 사고 발생 경위서(제출할 수 있는 경우만 해당합니다) 1부 [In case of Fire Fight officerㆍDecedent who was killed or woundedㆍPublic officer who died on dutyㆍpersonㆍPublic official wounded on duty: 1 Copy of the Public Materials or Accident checklist of the Person Eligible(only applicable if the applicant is able to submit it)] 4. 안장대상자가 대통령ㆍ국회의장ㆍ대법원장ㆍ헌법재판소장ㆍ국가장으로 장례된 사람ㆍ무공수훈자 및 국가나 사회에 현저하게 공헌한 사람의 경우: 안장대상자의 공적서(수훈사실을 포함합니다) 및 주요 경력자료 각 1부. (In case of PresidentㆍSpeaker of the National AssemblyㆍChief Justice of the Supreme CourtㆍPresident of the Constitutional CourtㆍDecedent who is honored with a state funeralㆍDecedent who was awarded a medal for meritorious military serviceㆍDecedent who has contributed significantly to the State or society: 1 Copy of the Exploit Documents(including records of decorations) and Career Materials of the Person Eligible) 5. 안장대상자가 경찰공무원 또는 소방공무원으로 30년 이상 재직하고 정년퇴직한 사람인 경우: 경력증명서, 별지 제10호서식의 징계처분 사실확인서 및 징계 의결서 등 징계처분의 사유를 확인할 수 있는 서류(징계처분을 받은 사실이 있는 경우만 해당합니다) 각 1부 [In the case of a Police officerㆍFire Fight officer who has served for at least 30 years and has retired at the standard retirement age: 1 Copy of the Career Certification of the Person Eligible, the Disciplinary action confirmation and a Document detailing the grounds for the action, such as a Disciplinary decision record(only if applicable)] 6. 병원 등에 시신이 기증된 경우: 확인서 1부 (In case of the body donation: 1 Copy of Confirmations) | ||||||||||||||||||||
