| 1. 선장은 승무원ㆍ여객 또는 해당 선박이 중대하고 급박한 수색구조 위험에 처하거나 처할 우려가 있는 경우 아래에 적힌 해양경찰기관 중 가장 가까운 해양경찰기관과 가장 효과적인 수단으로 연락을 하여야 한다. Master of international passenger ship should contact with the nearest SAR Service enlisted as below when the vessel, crews or passengers are in grave and imminent danger, or in apprehension of grave and imminent danger by means of the most effective measures. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 2. 가장 가까운 해양경찰기관과 연락을 할 경우, 가능한 한 다음 사항을 포함시켜야 한다. For the master of international passenger ship to make available to contact with SAR Service, the following contents shall be included, if possible, in the report. ①선명 ②선박번호 ③일시 ④위치 ⑤해난의 종류 및 손상상태 ⑥사상자 유무 ⑦기상상태 ①Ship's Name ②Register Number ③Date ④Location(Latitude, Longitude) ⑤Nature of disaster ⑥Whether the dead or injured persons are on board ⑦Condition of weather and sea state |
| 3. 선박소유자는 다음 사항을 포함한 구명설비배치도를 작성하여 비치하여야 한다. The ship’s Owner shall furnish layout of life-saving apparatus including followings. ①각종 구명설비의 위치 ②탈출경로 ③신호장치 ①locations of life-saving apparatus ②routes of emergency escape ③signal appratus. |
| 4. 선박소유자는 비상수색구조상황을 가정한 여객선비상수색구조 훈련을 연 1회 이상 선장의 지휘로 실시하여야 하며, 훈련 시기와 방법은 관할 해양경찰서장 또는 소방서장과 협의하여 정해야 한다. Shipowner shall practice the emergency SAR exercise which assume the emergency situation at least once a year under the control of the master, and a period and way of excercise shall be arranged by conferring with the head of regional coast guard station and fire station. |
