This receipt shall not be used as an ID card.
○ 난민신청자는 「난민의 지위에 관한 1951년 협약」 제2조에 따라 대한민국에 체류하는 동안 대한민국의 법규를 준수할 의무 및 공공질서를 유지하기 위한 조치에 따를 의무가 있습니다.
You have duties to conform to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea as well as to measures taken for the maintenance of public order during your stay in the Republic of Korea under Article 2 of the 1951 Refugee Convention.
○ 신청서를 접수한 사무소에서 언제라도 연락할 수 있도록 해야 하며, 연락처나 주소가 바뀌면 즉시 접수 사무소에 알려야 합니다.
You must maintain contact with the Immigration Office where you submitted the application. If your phone number or address changes, you must immediately notify the office.
○ 「난민법」 제8조제6항에 따라 난민신청자는 난민인정 심사에 성실하게 응해야 할 의무가 있습니다. 난민신청자가 면접 등을 위한 출석요구에도 3회 이상 연속하여 출석하지 않으면 난민인정 심사가 종료될 수 있습니다.
You shall respond to refugee status determination procedures in accordance with Article 8(6) of the Refugee Act. If you fail to appear three or more consecutive times despite requests for appearance for interviews, etc., the determination procedure may be terminated.
○ 난민신청일부터 6개월이 지나지 않은 난민신청자 중 생계비가 필요한 경우, ‘생계비 등 지원신청서’를 제출하시기 바랍니다.
If you need support for living expenses within 6 months after refugee status application, you may submit an Application for Living Expenses and Other Assistance.
○ 난민신청자는 난민인정 신청을 한 날부터 6개월이 지나면 허가를 받아 취업을 할 수 있습니다. 그러나 신청일부터 6개월 이내에 취업을 하거나 6개월이 지났더라도 허가를 받지 않고 취업을 한 경우 「출입국관리법」에 따라 처벌을 받을 수 있습니다.
You may obtain authorized permission for employment after 6 months from the date of the refugee status application. However, if you engage in employment within 6 months of the application date or work after the 6-month period without authorization, you may be subject to punishment under the Immigration Act. |
