| [안 내] (Note) ○“난민”이란 인종, 종교, 국적, 특정 사회집단의 구성원인 신분 또는 정치적 견해를 이유로 박해를 받을 수 있다고 인정할 충분한 근거가 있는 공포로 인하여 국적국의 보호를 받을 수 없거나 보호받기를 원하지 않는 외국인 또는 그러한 공포로 인하여 대한민국에 입국하기 전에 거주한 국가로 돌아갈 수 없거나 돌아가기를 원하지 않는 무국적자인 외국인을 말합니다. A "refugee" refers to an alien who is unable or unwilling to avail him/herself of the protection of his/her country of nationality owing to well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion; or who, not having a nationality, is unable or, owing to such fear, unwilling to return to the country of his/her former residence prior to entry into the Republic of Korea. ○ 이 면접은 난민지위 결정에 매우 중요한 절차이므로 담당공무원의 질문에 충실하게 답변하는 등 성실하게 협조하여야 합니다. As this interview is a highly critical procedure to determine your refugee status, you shall respond to this procedure in good faith and answer truthfully to the officer’s questions. ○ 신청자는 사실만을 진술해야 하고, 최선을 다하여 스스로의 진술을 증명해야 합니다. You shall tell only the truth and prove your statements as best you can. ○ 면접 중 진술한 모든 내용은 비밀이 보장됩니다. Everything said during the interview will be kept confidential. | ||||||

| ○ 면접 중 진술한 내용은 면접이 종료된 후 통역인을 통해 다시 확인하고 추가 · 삭제 및 변경을 요청할 수 있습니다. You may request to add, remove, or change your statements after checking them with the help of the interpreter at the end of the interview. ○ 신청자는 면접 중 휴식이 필요한 경우, 언제든지 담당 공무원에게 휴식을 요청할 수 있습니다. You may ask for a break during the interview whenever you need one. ○ 난민인정결정이 거짓 서류의 제출이나 거짓 진술 또는 사실의 은폐에 따른 것으로 밝혀진 경우 난민인정이 취소될 수 있습니다. If you are recognized as a refugee after submitting fabricated documents, making false statements or concealing facts, your refugee status shall be cancelled. |
