「2001년 선박연료유 오염손해에 대한 민사책임에 관한 국제협약」 제7조에 따라 발행됨 Issued in accordance with provisions of Article 7 of the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001.

작성요령:

1. 필요한 경우 국명을 적을 때에는 증서가 발급된 국가의 관계 공공기관에 대하여 언급할 수 있다.
2. 보증의 총액이 둘 이상의 재원(財源)에 의하여 제공되는 경우, 각각의 해당 금액을 표시해야 한다.
3. 보증이 여러 형태로 설정된 경우에는 이들을 열거해야 한다.
4. 보증기간의 난에는 보증이 발효하는 날짜와 기간을 명확하게 적어야 한다.
5. 보험자 또는 보증인의 주소의 난에는 주된 사업장소와 보험 또는 보증이 성립된 사업장소를 명확하게 적어야 한다.

Explanatory Notes:

1. If desired, the designation of the State may include a reference to the competent public authority of the country where the Certificate is issued.
2. If the total amount of security has been furnished by more than one source, the amount of each of them should be indicated.
3. If security is furnished in several forms, these should be enumerated.
4. The entry "Duration of Security" must stipulate the date on which such security takes effect.
5. The entry "Address" of the insurer(s) and/or guarantor(s) must indicate the principal place of business of the insurer(s) and/or guarantor(s). If appropriate, the place of business where the insurance or other security is established shall be indicated.
