| 권한사항 1. 이 증표를 지닌 공무원은 선박 및 사업장에 출입하여 다음 사항을 검사 및 확인할 수 있습니다. 가. 유류오염 손해배상 보장에 관한 증명서 또는 관계 서류 나. 선박안전 및 해양오염 방지를 위한 국제협약에 따른 각종의 기준 준수 여부 2. 이 증표를 지닌 공무원의 검사 및 확인 업무에 적극 협조해 주시기 바랍니다. 3. 검사 및 확인을 정당한 사유 없이 거부·방해 또는 기피할 때에는 500만원 이하의 벌금에 처하게 됩니다. | |||||

| Legal Authority 1. Official who holds this certificate is entitled to visit relevant ships and facilities for the inspection and confirmation of the following; 1) the effective certificate of insurance or other financial security in respective of Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage. 2) compliance of applicable provisions of international conventions for maritime safety and marine oil pollution prevention. 2. It is highly required to provide the competent official accomplishing the inspection and confirmation with positive assistance of the persons concerned. 3. Any person who rejects, hinders or evades the inspection and confirmation without lawful reason will be subject to penalty not exceeding 5 million Won in Korean currency. | |
