the Antarctic Specially Protected Area

2. Authorized Areas and Activities

3. Permit Conditions
a. All activities within the specified Antarctic Specially Protected Area are in strict accordance with the Management Plan;
b. The permit, with the Management Plan attached, is carried at all times within the Area;
c. Activities are made within the authorized period on the permit;
d. Activities beyond those permitted are restricted;
e. A report on the visit is submitted;
f. Other ( )

4. Period of Authorization

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea hereby permits the above-mentioned person(s) to enter and engage in activities within the specified Antarctic Specially Protected Area under Article 7 of Annex V to the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty and Article 14 of the Antarctic Activities and Antarctic Environmental Protection Act.
