| 1. 「재외동포의 출입국과 법적 지위에 관한 법률」 제17조에 따라 귀하에게 과태료를 부과하오니 과태료납부고지서에 기재된 은행 또는 지로사이트(www.giro.or.kr)를 이용하여 납부기한까지 납부하시기 바랍니다. In accordance with Article 17, 「Act on the Immigration and Legal Status of Overseas Koreans」, you are fined the amount cited in this Notice. Please pay the fine through bank and giro web-site(www.giro.or.kr) in this citation. 2. 위의 과태료 처분에 불복이 있는 경우 그 처분의 고지(告知)를 받은 날부터 60일 내에 해당 출입국관리사무소장에게 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다(과태료 납부독촉의 경우를 제외합니다). If you have any objection, you may plead your case to the Chief of Immigration Office(Branch Office) with proper jurisdiction within 60 days from the date of receiving this notice. 3. 위 과태료 처분에 대한 이의가 없으면서 지정한 기한 내에 과태료를 납부하지 아니한 때에는 최대 77%까지 가산금이 부과되고, 국세(지방세) 체납처분의 예에 따라 자동차 압류 등의 방법으로 과태료를 강제 징수할 수 있음을 알려드립니다. If you do not pay the fine by the due date without objection, you will receive additional charges up to a maximum of 77% of the fine, and your property, such as automobiles, may be seized according to tax delinquency procedures. 4. 지정된 기한 내에 특별한 사유없이 과태료를 납부하지 아니할 경우「질서위반행위규제법」제52조부터 제54조까지의 규정에 따라 (1) 체납 또는 결손처분자료가 신용정보기관에 제공될 수 있고, (2) 과태료를 3회 이상 체납하고 있고, 체납발생일부터 각 1년이 경과하였으며, 체납금액 합계가 500만원 이상인 경우에는 관허사업의 제한을 받을 수 있으며, (3) 과태료를 3회 이상 체납하고 있고, 체납발생일부터 각 1년이 경과하였으며, 체납금액의 합계가 1,000만원 이상인 경우에는 법원의 결정으로 감치(監置)에 처해질 수 있습니다. If you do not pay the fine by the due date without justifiable reason, you may receive disadvantages such as, (1) providing your delinquency data for the credit information agency, (2) restriction of government-permitted business when the number of the delinquency is more than 3 times, the due date of each fine has passed more than 1 year and sum of the amount of the delinquency is more than 5,000,000 won, (3) detention by the court ruling when the number of the delinquency is more than 3 times, the due date of each fine has passed more than 1 year and sum of the amount of the delinquency is more than 10,000,000 won. 붙임 : 납입고지서 1부. 끝.
