| 첨부서류 Required documents | 1. 외국의료기관을 개설하려는 자가 외국인이 의료업을 목적으로 설립한 「상법」상 법인인 경우: 법인설립허가증 사본, 정관 및 사업계획서 When the person who intends to establish an institution is a corporation under the 「Commercial Act」established by a foreigner for medical business: a copy of the permission of incorporation, corporate articles and business plan 2. 외국의료기관을 개설하려는 자가 외국인인 경우: 면허증 사본(「경제자유구역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 특별법」 제23조제6항에 따른 의료인만 제출합니다) 및 사업계획서 When the person who intends to establish an institution is a foreigner: a copy of licence(medical professionals according to Article 23 Paragraph 6 of the 「Special Act on Designation and Management of Free Economic Zones」 and business plan 3. 건물평면도 및 그 구조설명서 Ground plan of the building and description on the structure 4. 진료과목 및 진료과목별 시설ㆍ정원 등의 설명서 Description on clinical departments and facilities and the number of staff for each department 5. 「경제자유구역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 특별법」 제23조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지의 요건을 갖추었음을 증명하는 서류 Documents that can prove that requirements stipulated from Subparagraph 1 to 3 of Paragraph 1 of the Article 23 of the Act are fulfilled | 수수료 없 음 No fees charged | |||||||||
